James Seal, aged 25, and Eyre Harding, aged 24, found guilty on an indictment for the highway robbery of Edward Evith  in Grange Road, in the parish of St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey on 21st April 1782: robbing him of a watch (valued at £2), a pair  of silver buckles (valued at 10/-), a gold ring (valued at 10/-), a pocket book (valued at 3/-)  and 3 ropes (valued at 3d).
